I am still a skeptic, yes, you know me. Been best friends and will be 'til we die. I got an injection of fear from the abduction...my best friend thinks I'm just telling lies.blink-182, "Aliens Exist"

Yo, who reads my other blog?  Just curious.

My blog rocks, but it's not here.  It's at themeshowstate.blogspot.com.  Check out my entry on the List-Eater debacle...methinks it's quite good.

Hey, after a week off, I've resumed blogging (well, I actually got back to it Saturday).  Check it out, yo's.

Due to the downness of the Blogger site at this moment, I here compose the daily (or so) blog of mine.

This morning I was in a rush to finish a project, so I paid 2 bucks to park in the College Main Garage to save a few minutes.  This evening, as I opened yesterday's mail, I found an unexpected follow-up letter from a survey I had filled out months ago.  From among the folded sheets of blue and white paper emerged a brand-spanking-new $2.00 bill, a gift for my participation.  Funky.

But that's not all!  Getting on the bus to go home, I ran into my roommate Paul, who I also had run into going home yesterday, for the first time this semester.

As we rode back, I was anxious, as I had a meeting to go to at church and I was cutting it close in time.  The bus closed it doors to leave its first stop, and then the memory hit me, "I'm parked right here!"  I jumped up, catching the driver's backward glance, and with a quick, "I forgot I parked here today," to my roommate, I was out.

Thus was wrought the second hugely-obvious providence of the day.  Not only did the absolute convenience of my car's location shave time off over having been parked at my duplex, but if I had ridden to my normal stop, I would have had to hitched a ride back to my car, spending time I didn't have.  As it worked out, I was able to grab my car, eat some Mickey D's in the restaurant, and arrive at the meeting at exactly time!  And at Mickey's, I ran into Bobby, another of my three roomates.  Such wonderful and unpredictable plans God has!

Ciao.
